Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1-4 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays). Orders placed after noon PST on Friday’s and over the weekend will be processed within 1-3 days from the following Monday.
Once your order has shipped, you'll get an email within 24 hours from Spa Concepts customer service with the tracking information. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Shipping within the USA takes 2-7 business days depending on location.
