Return Policy

We’re confident you’ll love your Spa Concepts products, but if you’re not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

We stand behind our products and offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of your purchase date.

Contact support@spaconcepts.shop or call our customer service phone (708) 388-8085 to file a claim. Business hours for the customer service line is 9am-5pm CST.

We require our customer to pay a 50% restocking fee and the cost of shipping the return item(s). 

Please note: Single-use products, such as our Mani in a Box, Pedi in a Box, Collagen Gloves and Collagen Socks, are only eligible for return if they are unused and in the original packaging. Any discounted sets or bundles are final sale and ineligible for return.

Returns take about two weeks to process, including transit time to our warehouse.

We are sorry but no refunds; we are glad to exchange any faulty merchandise or offer credit for future products.
