What is the shelf life of our products?

Our products should be good for 2 years!

Is it safe for all skin types?

Cory labs is unwavering in its commitment to using ingredients that are made in the USA, that are non-irritant, non-toxic and safe for humans.

Our formulations proudly feature cutting-edge natural ingredients and botanical extracts, placing safety at the forefront of our approach within the industry.

Where can I get samples of your products?

We currently do not offer samples.

We recommend trying our Eruption and Collagen Glow Bliss kits as a great place to start your first Spa Concepts experience.

Returns

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns take about two weeks to process, including transit time to our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

We’re confident you’ll love your Spa Concepts products, but if you’re not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

We stand behind our products and offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of your purchase date.

We require our customer to pay a 50% restocking fee and the cost of shipping return item.

Business hours for the customer service line is 9am-5pm CST.

Please note: Single-use products, such as our Mani in a Box, Pedi in a Box, Collagen Gloves and Collagen Socks, are only eligible for return if they are unused and in the original packaging. Any discounted sets or bundles are final sale and ineligible for return.

Do you offer refunds?

We are sorry but no refunds; we are glad to exchange any faulty merchandise or offer credit for future products.

Do I need a professional license to register as a salon owner?

For now there are no special accounts but we have plans to implement special salon owner accounts that will grant access to exclusive professional resources and salon owner specific details! Keep an eye out for that on our announcements page!

How do I register and create my account?

Registering is simple! Please visit our registration page and fill out the form. Once registered you can access your order history and save and update your account details!

How can I place an order?

You don't have to create an account to place an order. Access our shop 24/7.

When do orders ship?

Orders are processed within 1-4 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays).

Orders placed after noon PST on Friday’s and over the weekend will be processed within 1-3 days from the following Monday.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll get an email within 24 hours from Spa Concepts customer service with the tracking information.

Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

How long do orders take to ship?

Shipping within the USA takes 2-7 business days depending on location.

Where do orders ship from?

Spa Concepts orders are shipped from Alsip, Illinois to anywhere in the continental United States. We ship using UPS ground.

Do you ship international?

Unfortunately we do not yet have a solution for international shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you are out of the US and interested in purchasing our product, please contact us at support@spaconcepts.shop or by mail at

What payment methods do you accept?

Spa Concepts accepts Discover, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Spa Concepts cannot alter an order once it has been placed. This includes adding or removing any items in the order or changing the shipping method.

What happens if my order is incorrect/damaged/missing?

We’re sorry to hear this!

If there is something wrong with your order, please get in touch with our customer service team or call us at (708) 388-8085 and we’ll work to make it right. 

If your tracking says your package has been delivered but you can’t find it, first check with anyone else in your home who might have moved it.
